Step into the role of General Manager (Task Force) and become the driving force behind hotel operations. You'll lead your team with vision and hands‑on guidance, ensuring top‑notch service, strong financial performance, and compliance with all standards. From spearheading sales plans to overseeing property improvements, you'll maximize revenue and foster effective communication with guests, associates, and stakeholders.

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • 6+ years of hotel or related experience (or a 4‑year degree with 4–5 years, or a 2‑year degree with 5–6 years of experience).
  • Must be comfortable with frequent and extended travel as required by business needs and hold a valid driver’s license, required.
  • Proficient in Windows, company‑approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Strong communication, quick decision‑making, problem‑solving, and stress management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, adapt to change, work with financial data, and effectively address concerns from guests and co‑workers.
