Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service or repairs in areas such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations, or vehicle servicing.
• Change light bulbs, install paper dispenser units, change filters, locks on doors, and other minor maintenance tasks not requiring a licensed tradesperson.
• Attend shifts on time and maintain satisfactory regularity; perform other duties as assigned depending on client requirements.
