Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs in areas such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, or vehicle servicing.
• May train and coordinate work activities of General Maintenance Apprentices and General Maintenance Workers.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as required by account and client needs.
