Sodexo’s Eastview Independent Senior Living facility is seeking a General Maintenance Worker - Apprentice to support routine upkeep, safety, and repair tasks. You’ll work mornings and afternoons with some weekends, collaborating with a team to keep equipment and spaces in good condition.

Responsibilities include basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical tasks, and minor service work, plus light bulb changes, dispenser installations, and lock replacements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Holds appropriate license/certification for work in the city/state.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, or vehicle servicing.
• Change light bulbs, install paper dispenser units, change filters, and replace locks on doors.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and maintain regular attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
