Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Appropriate license/certification for the work done in the city/state.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance or repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, or vehicle servicing.
• Change light bulbs, install dispensers, replace filters, locks, and other minor maintenance tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and support other duties as needed.
