Complete Building Services (CBS) is in search of a General Maintenance Worker (GMW) to support a large government facility in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in HVAC, and electrical work.

• Responsible for all general maintenance, upkeep, and repair of all mechanical systems• Performs general maintenance and repair of the building HVAC components to include CRACU/AHU/FPIU/FCU• General HVAC experience performing preventative maintenance on AHU's/CRACU/FPIU/Exhaust fans/FCU• Replace motor bearings and motors • Place or remove systems and equipment as directed• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years general maintenance experience
• Experience in carpentry, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, and mechanical buildings systems
• Must pass background check
