Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or 1-2 year vocational training.
• High mechanical ability.
• Verifiable experience in maintenance related work fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repair; lamp changing, light fixture repair/installation.
• Perform plumbing repair: pump and fixture installations/replacements/repair, drain cleaning.
• Maintain understanding of commercial equipment operation and maintenance (HVAC).
• Perform mechanical repairs on tractors, forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Repair building: painting, wall repair, minor carpentry, floor repair, etc.
• Complete preventative and reparative maintenance to support energy conservation and waste management programs.
