Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
• Oversee service contractors delivering routine maintenance.
• Maintain building and equipment to support store operations.
• Ensure energy conservation and waste management programs are followed.
• Repair painting, carpentry, and minor floor work.
• Operate power tools and follow safety requirements.
