Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repair: installations, replacements, cleaning, diagnostics.
• Maintain HVAC understanding and related procedures.
• Repair basic mechanical systems on equipment (tractors, forklifts, order pickers).
• Repair building elements: painting, carpentry, floor repair.
• Lead and oversee service contractors performing routine maintenance.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive and reparative maintenance.
