Responsibilities

• Performs plumbing repair including pump/fixture installations and drain cleaning.
• Maintains HVAC understanding and basic mechanical repairs on equipment.
• Repairs building components and performs carpentry, painting, and masonry as needed.
• Oversees contractors and supports energy conservation and waste management programs.
