Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role covers routine maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related systems, with on-call duties for rental properties.

This is a full-time, in-person position with a Monday–Friday schedule. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years of general maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or trade certification.
• 2-3 years of general maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

• Rotate between on-call technicians on a calendar basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment and systems, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. This position also includes being "on call" for our rental properties.
