About Us: Cavins Group, a disaster response company, is looking for a motivated General Maintenance Technician who is eager to learn and grow within our company. We value hardworking individuals who are willing to expand their skill set and take on new challenges, including industry field administrative duties, mold remediation, water and fire restoration services, and biohazard cleanup.

Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance tasks and general repairs.

· Troubleshoot issues and complete necessary repairs efficiently.

· Assist with facility upkeep, including painting, flooring, and minor construction.

· Support field administrative duties, including documentation, and daily reports.

· Learn additional skills in other departments to grow within the company.

· Follow safety protocols and ensure proper documentation of maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

· Previous maintenance experience required.

· Strong ability to manage field administrative responsibilities, including paperwork and daily reports.

· Willingness to learn and expand into other positions within the company.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform hands-on tasks as needed.

· Prior restoration experience
