The University of Indianapolis is seeking a facilities maintenance worker with basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge. The role requires responding to work orders via a tablet and collaborating with trades to complete requests.
Essential duties include replacing ceiling tiles, lightbulbs, and air filter changes in HVAC units, with on-call rotation for snow removal or emergencies. Safe, punctual, and team-oriented performance is expected.

This is an essential staff position that may be required toreport to work when the university is closed or during inclementweather when a state-of-emergency has been declared. This positionis part of the on-call rotation and will have to help with snowremoval if needed. This employee will work with all trades toassist with work orders or projects as needed. Will be working onthe general work orders, such as replacing ceiling tiles, lightbulbs, and changing air filters in HVAC units.
