Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1-2 years of outdoor maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance outdoor grounds, landscaping, gardens, and green spaces to uphold luxury standards.
• Perform routine groundskeeping: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, seasonal plant care.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems for healthy landscaping.
• Plant, cultivate, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and landscape features.
• Maintain outdoor walkways, patios, driveways, and landscaped areas for cleanliness and inviting appearance.
• Identify and address landscaping concerns including drainage, pests, and damaged plants.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment ensuring proper care.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Maintain and enhance the property's outdoor grounds, landscaping, gardens, and green spaces to uphold the resort's luxury standards.

• Perform routine groundskeeping, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and seasonal plant care.

• Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and the health of landscaping throughout the property.

• Plant, cultivate, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape features, including seasonal enhancements.

• Maintain outdoor walkways, patios, driveways, and landscaped areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and an inviting appearance.

• Identify and address landscaping concerns, including drainage issues, pest infestations, and damaged or declining plant material.

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and machinery, ensuring proper care and functionality.

• Perform general outdoor maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, pressure washing, and other property upkeep tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

• 1-2 years of general outdoor maintenance experience.

• Strong understanding of Canyon Ranch standards of excellence, with the ability to deliver high-quality work and exceptional guest experiences.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills; able to work independently, under pressure, with flexible schedules, and in compliance with safety regulations.
