Overview

General Maintenance Mechanic AC Shop. Performs general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems to include floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other items. This position is Mission Essential personnel at SNGH. Must live within 30 minutes of SNGH campus.

Support Other Facility Shops As Required

Must assist with other Facility Shops (Electric/HVAC, Plumbing, etc). Presence of Mission Essential Personnel.

Must have a VA or NC Drivers License

Valid VA or NC Drivers License (In good standing).

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Trade School

Certification/Licensure

• Valid VA or NC Drivers License (In good standing)

Experience

• 2-3 years of Maintenance experience
• Commercial preferred
• Ability to assist with other Facility Shops (Electric/HVAC, Plumbing, etc)
• Mission Essential Personnel
