Job summary

Sentara Health Plans is seeking a General Maintenance Mechanic in Suffolk, VA, working first shift (days) to perform maintenance on building structures and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting. Role requires a high school diploma or trade school training and 1–2 years of maintenance experience.

On-site position at Sentara Belle Harbour. Valid VA or NC driver's license in good standing is required; healthcare maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• General understanding of Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing for service/repair decisions.
• Healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred.
