Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is hiring for a hotel maintenance role. You will install, repair, service and inspect FF&E and facilities, covering life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Trade or vocational training is preferred and 2–5 years in building maintenance is required.

Hotel industry experience is a plus, with flexibility to work various shifts. The company offers health insurance, retirement plans, holidays and leave, and opportunities for growth through training

Job Duties

Installs, repairs, services, inspects, tests and maintains furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), facilities and/or the following systems: life safety, heating, cooling, plumbing, ventilation, water, electrical and mechanical.

Trade or Vocation School graduate desired.

2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance is required.

Work experience within the hotel industry is preferred.

Working knowledge of one or more trades desired (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration, landscaping) depending on the individual property needs.

Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service-oriented attitude and able to work well with others.

Base Pay

Base pay starts at $31.32
