Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii seeks a skilled maintenance technician to inspect and calibrate electrical, mechanical, and related systems. You will support guests and events, ensuring safety and reliability across property operations.

You will handle electrical, mechanical, and carpentry tasks, respond to trouble calls, and work flexible days and overnight shifts with a strong service mindset and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and guest focus.
• Ability to work flexible day and night shifts.
• Experience in maintenance or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and calibration of electrical, mechanical, and related systems.
• Provide electrical, mechanical, and carpentry support for guest function setups and respond to trouble calls.
• Maintain safety and service standards while working with diverse teams.

• Must be able to work flexible days and night/overnight shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
• Minimum 4 years experience.
