Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to install, repair, service, inspect and maintain FF&E and building systems across properties. You will work with life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems and may supervise the night shift, handling room calls as needed.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in building maintenance, with trade skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC or landscaping.

Qualifications

• Trade or Vocational School graduate desired.
• 2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance is required.
• Working knowledge of one or more trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration, landscaping) depending on property needs.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, services, inspects, tests and maintains FF&E, facilities and/or the following systems: life safety, heating, cooling, plumbing, ventilation, water, electrical and mechanical.

Trade or Vocation School graduate desired. 2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance is required. Work experience within the hotel industry is preferred. Working knowledge of one or more trades desired (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration, landscaping) depending on the individual property needs.
