OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Honolulu is seeking a skilled building maintenance technician. You will service, inspect, and repair FF&E and core systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety equipment, while delivering aloha to guests and colleagues.

We value 2–5 years of hotel maintenance experience, a vocational/Trade school credential, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Training and growth opportunities are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Trade or vocation school graduate preferred.
• 2–5 years of building maintenance experience required.
• Hotel industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests.
• Installs, repairs, services, inspects, tests and maintains FF&E and systems (life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).

Installs, repairs, services, inspects, tests and maintains furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), facilities and/or the following systems; life safety, heating, cooling, plumbing, ventilation, water, electrical and mechanical. Trade or Vocation School graduate desired. 2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance is required. Work experience within the hotel industry is preferred.
