Golf Course Worker

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i seeks a Golf Course Worker who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The team’s role is to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

What You’ll Do

• Under limited supervision, maintain and set up golf course grounds by mowing, irrigating, landscaping, weeding, preparing, and raking.
• Work well with others and possess strong communication skills to interact with guests and members on a limited basis.
• Be able to work in a wide range of environmental and physical conditions.
• Listen to instructions and follow directions from supervisors.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push or pull as needed during shifts.
• Expectation to work mostly early mornings, days, and occasional weekends.
