The attorney will draft and file pleadings, motions, and reports, guide clients through the case process, and collaborate with experts to prepare for depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
