Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, guiding clients through the case process, and coordinating with expert witnesses. A strong background in writing, advocacy, and case management is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury or general liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
