BCG Attorney Search seeks a General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its Memphis, Tennessee office. The attorney will manage litigation cases involving personal injury motor vehicle incidents, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances.

Duties include handling day-to-day litigation, drafting pleadings and motions, guiding clients, coordinating with expert witnesses, and preparing for depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Tennessee State Bar in good standing.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day litigation cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
