Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its Scranton practice. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in cases such as slip and fall, security negligence, wrongful death, and animal attacks.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission and in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
