• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar Association.
• 3+ years of personal injury/litigation experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume pre-litigation and litigation.
• Excellent client service, writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents: pleadings, discovery, motions, memoranda.
• Guide clients through the case process from intake to resolution.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses for reports and affidavits.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
