The role requires PA bar in good standing and at least 5 years of General Liability experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a General Liability Associate Attorney to join their team in Blue Bell, PA. The successful candidate will handle a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic legal environment, contributing to the firm's commitment to delivering exceptional client results.

Duties

• Evaluate new files and manage them from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Produce discovery and conduct depositions.
• Research and prepare legal memoranda on various areas of law.
• Prepare and argue discovery motions and substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals.
• Attend pretrial listings and participate in trials.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active license in good standing in Pennsylvania; New Jersey Bar admission preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of General Liability litigation experience.
• Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident, and product liability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
