Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Philadelphia seeks a Civil Litigation Associate with 4–5 years of experience to join a team handling professional liability, general liability, directors' and officers' liability, and commercial litigation.

You will participate in cases from pre-suit through appeal, with growth opportunities and client development while collaborating with seasoned litigators.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Admission to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey required.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy.
• Manage discovery and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices on complex matters.
• Assist with insurance coverage matters as needed.
