Responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume caseload involving general liability defense matters, including premises liability, transportation, product liability, and commercial disputes.
• Handle all phases of litigation from case inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Prepare dispositive motions, negotiate settlements, and prepare witnesses for trial.
• Appear in court conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients and insurers, providing case assessments and updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues on litigation strategy and case development.
• Participate in client development and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in general liability defense litigation.
• Ability to manage complex cases across multiple jurisdictions.

Education
