BCG Attorney Search in Blue Bell, PA seeks a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle diverse litigation matters and contribute to delivering exceptional client results.

The role requires PA bar in good standing and at least 5 years of General Liability experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active license in good standing in Pennsylvania; New Jersey Bar admission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new files and manage them from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Produce discovery and conduct depositions.
• Research and prepare legal memoranda on various areas of law.
• Prepare and argue discovery motions and substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals.
• Attend pretrial listings and participate in trials.
