Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney to manage pre-litigation work and guide clients through the case process in general liability matters. You will draft and file pre-litigation documents, oversee settlement negotiations, and lead a team of 6–10 Case Managers to drive KPIs and ensure timely progress.

Ideal candidates hold a JD, active PA State Bar membership, and at least one year of related experience, with strong writing and oral advocacy

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a dedicated General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney to join their team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will manage pre-litigation work and guide clients through the case process, focusing on general liability cases.

Duties

• Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work.
• Complete Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the PA State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of experience in general liability or personal injury.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
