Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting, financial systems, or process improvement experience.
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or system implementations.
• ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Own General Ledger-related ERP functionality and financial master data.
• Maintain chart of accounts and financial hierarchy governance.
• Resolve system issues affecting accounting operations and reporting.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Partner on ERP upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.
• Coordinate UAT, issue resolution, and change validation.
• Support SOX compliance, controls, and audit requests.
• Collaborate across Accounting, IT, FP&A, Tax, and Internal Audit.
