Dayforce is seeking a Services Manager, General Ledger to lead end-to-end General Ledger implementations in a SaaS environment. You will staff projects, manage client relationships, and guide a team of consultants across North America.

You will contribute to the General Ledger practice, participate in scoping with sales, and drive adoption of Dayforce methodologies to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles is an asset.
• Experience in human capital management applications consulting preferred.
• 5+ years in a Consultant role with Dayforce an asset.
• Strong background in leading software implementation projects.
• Experience translating customer business requirements into workable software solutions.
• Proven experience in change management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Consulting and management experience in a SaaS/Cloud environment.
• Ability to sell the value of Dayforce General Ledger Implementation methodology.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Dayforce General Ledger solutions.
• Staff projects and manage delivery with a North America focus.
• Support sales cycle through scoping and solution approval.
• Collaborate with Dayforce partners and provide governance on implementations.
• Promote user adoption and effective use of the Guided methodology.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and referenceability.
• Manage resources and document solutions for knowledge shares.
• Coach and mentor consultants; drive career development.
• Provide delivery guidance in the sales cycle.
