Job summary

Dayforce is a global HCM company delivering a cloud-based platform for payroll, human resources and analytics. The General Ledger Consultant will manage and execute the full implementation lifecycle—from planning and discovery through design and deployment—for GL requirements.

You will partner with client project managers, analyze client-specific GL posting needs, advise on best practices, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software implementation experience with focus on accounting.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud environments in HCM.

Responsibilities

• Manage GL implementation lifecycle: planning, discovery, design, deployment.
• Collaborate with client project managers and executives during implementation.
• Analyze client GL posting requirements and advise on best practices.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external clients to ensure delivery.
• Multitask and manage multiple clients with competing priorities.
