National Coatings & Supplies, Inc. is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to maintain the general ledger, prepare financial reports, and ensure GAAP compliance. The role involves month-end close, account reconciliations, and analysis to support accurate financial statements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative environment. Weekend/overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3–5 years in accounting within private or public company.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficient with financial software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Maintain day-to-day general ledger with accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare month-end entries and reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Analyze accounts and resolve differences between sub-ledger and general ledger.
• Assist field managers with G/L questions and provide timely responses.
• Complete ad hoc accounting tasks as assigned by supervisors.
