Job summary

Aerotek in Menomonee Falls, WI is hiring for hands-on Skill Trades and Labor roles with guaranteed overtime and weekly pay. This contract-to-hire position supports a variety of construction, manufacturing, and industrial projects and requires reliable, safety-minded workers who can lift 50+ lbs and work extended shifts.

The role is fully onsite in Menomonee Falls with opportunities to advance to higher-skilled positions and long-term roles within Aerotek’s team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle physical tasks in various conditions.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended shifts when needed.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
