Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking dependable General Laborers in Pen Argyl, PA. The role requires inspecting finished products, packing, and supporting machine operators across shifts from Saturday to Monday, 5:30am–5:30pm, with a focus on safety and quality. You will work on the production floor, maintain cleanliness, and help meet production goals.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience is preferred. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• One year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished product for height, shape, color and consistency.
• Perform block checks and replace defective pieces.
• Package finished products with labels and QA checks before transport.
• Assist machine operators and other plant tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow safety procedures.
• Wear PPE and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Adhere to company QA standards and policies.
