ND Paper is seeking a General Labor on the 1st shift in Langhorne, PA. The role supports the Operator and Machine Assistant in setup, operation, and changeovers, acting as the primary quality check during production.

The position develops toward operating competency, with occasional overtime and weekends as needed. A safety-first mindset and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Corrugated/packaging experience is a plus.
• Ability to read a job ticket and match dimensions and descriptions.
• Basic math to count bundles and verify counts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment.
• Remove and stack finished bundles from the outfeed; maintain organized output per ticket.
• Monitor bundle counts, stacking patterns, and unit load integrity; flag issues.
• Perform periodic quality pulls for fold, glue, print registration, and dimensions.
• Document quality results on the log and escalate defects immediately.
• Assist with machine infeed during startup or low-crew times; follow safety protocols.
• Keep work area clean and safe; remove scrap and waste daily.
• Assist with minor changeovers under supervision; stage dies and plates.
• Communicate production counts and quality concerns in real time.
• Participate in end-of-shift cleanup and housekeeping.
• All other duties as assigned.
