Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Georgia is seeking a Hatchery Supervisor to oversee hatchery production, egg pickup, inventory, and egg breakout at the lowest cost. The role requires strong leadership and adherence to safety standards.

The position demands two years’ experience in processing/manufacturing, supervisory expertise, and hatchery knowledge. Benefits include vision, medical, and dental coverage after 60 days, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, and a $1 shift differential for hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a processing or manufacturing environment.
• Must have knowledge of hatchery of baby chicks.
• Previous supervisory experience a must.

• Ability to recognize and advise when unsafe conditions are observed.
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
