Job summary

Pilgrim's in Cohutta, GA is seeking a supervisor for hatchery operations, egg pickup, inventory and egg breakout to run at the lowest cost. You will supervise workforce, hire and train personnel, and ensure safety and bio-security compliance while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires two years' processing/manufacturing experience, hatchery knowledge, and prior supervisory experience. Proficiency in MS Office is expected; HS Diploma or GED is required. EOE.

• Observe all Bio-Security programs.

Educational Requirement

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred
