Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a General Laborer to support laminator production by safely handling fiberglass insulation and facing materials, loading and unloading products, and assisting with packaging and shipper activities.

You will help ensure on-time order fulfillment, maintain inventory accuracy, and support machine operators while following strict safety standards in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Familiarity with fiberglass insulation, facing materials, or metal building insulation manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, organization, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and flow to support laminated production.
• Load, unload raw materials and finished laminated rolls.
• Load and unload trucks and prepare shipments per requirements.
• Stay informed on production schedules to stage materials for lamination and changes.
• Verify correct delivery order, quantity, and specs to prevent interruptions.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
