Reports To: NDT Level 2 Technicians / Lab Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist in our lab with manual tasks, primarily supporting the NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) team. This role involves physical work including surface preparation and sample handling, and provides a pathway for growth into a certified NDT Level 1 Technician.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform surface preparation (grinding) on steel samples

Assist NDT Level 2 Technicians with test preparation and general support

Organize, clean, and maintain lab equipment and workspaces

Handle and move materials as needed

Follow safety and quality standards

Support other areas of the lab as needed

Qualifications:

No specific education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior experience in a lab or industrial environment is a plus
