Description:

• Perform diagnostic testing in all areas of the Laboratory including Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Serology. Lab Assistants' key responsibilities include proper patient and specimen identification, adherence to testing policies and procedures, instrument use and troubleshooting, and computer functions.

• Work closely with Phlebotomists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, Medical Technologists, Nursing, and Physicians to provide patient care.

Schedule:

11 am - 7:30 pm, every other weekend, and some holidays.

General Requirements:

Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Education:

High school graduation or equivalent.
