Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a supervisor to work with breeder servicemen and oversee hatchery production, egg pickup, inventory and egg breakout at the lowest possible cost. You will direct the workforce, set schedules and monitor safety and bio-security programs.

Qualifications include two years in manufacturing, hatchery knowledge, prior supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is an on-site role in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a processing or manufacturing environment.
• Must have knowledge of hatchery of baby chicks.
• Previous supervisory experience a must.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recognize and advise when unsafe conditions are observed.
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
