Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a major client in the building automation and industrial technology sector. The role is for a General Laborer supporting asphalt production plant operations and material handling.

Requires physical fitness, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reliable attendance, and strict adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Industrial or construction environment preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality essential.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties, including manual material handling, shoveling rock, and assisting equipment operators.
• Assist with the daily operation and maintenance of the asphalt production plant.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials, tools, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Keep the plant, yard, and work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Inspect equipment and work areas for safety hazards and report issues promptly.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
