Quality Talent Group has partnered with a global building automation and industrial technology leader to hire a general laborer for an asphalt production plant in Maryland. You will perform manual material handling, load and unload supplies, and help keep facilities safe and organized.

The role requires physical stamina, lifting up to 50 pounds, strict safety compliance, and reliable attendance. On-site work offers steady hours and opportunities to grow within a large industrial operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Industrial or construction environment preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties, including manual material handling, shoveling rock, and assisting equipment operators
• Assist with the daily operation and maintenance of the asphalt production plant
• Load, unload, and move raw materials, tools, and supplies throughout the facility
• Keep the plant, yard, and work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
• Inspect equipment and work areas for safety hazards and report issues promptly
