Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong listening skills, and a reliable, punctual work ethic. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform demanding tasks is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to carry out verbal or written directions accurately.
• Understanding and application of workplace safety rules and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable and Punctual Work Ethic: Consistent attendance, dependable performance

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, loading, and unloading materials
• Clean and Prepare Job Sites, Clear debris, sweep, and set up or dismantle work areas
• Use shovels, drills, saws, and other tools under supervision
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and report hazards or incidents promptly
• Move and store construction materials, supplies, or machinery as directed
