Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a dedicated construction/labor helper to support on-site operations in a building automation and industrial technology setting. You will assist with lifting, moving materials, and preparing work areas while following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong listening skills and the ability to carry out verbal or written directions accurately
• Understanding and application of workplace safety rules and use of PPE
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable and punctual work ethic: consistent attendance, dependable performance

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, loading, and unloading materials
• Clean and prepare job sites, clear debris, sweep, and set up or dismantle work areas
• Use shovels, drills, saws, and other tools under supervision
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and report hazards or incidents promptly
• Move and store construction materials, supplies, or machinery as directed
