Quality Talent Group is seeking a hardworking construction laborer for a leading client in the building automation and industrial technology sector. You will assist with site prep, lifting, digging, and material handling under supervision.

This role emphasizes safety, PPE use, and teamwork; you will prepare job sites, operate basic tools, and help maintain clean, organized work areas across projects in Washington state.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Strong listening skills and ability to follow verbal or written directions.
• Knowledge of workplace safety rules and proper PPE use.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lifting, carrying, digging, loading, and unloading materials.
• Prepare and clean job sites; clear debris and set up or dismantle work areas.
• Use hand and power tools (e.g., shovels, drills, saws) under supervision.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, wear PPE, and report hazards or incidents.
• Move and store materials and equipment as directed.

Qualifications
