Job summary

O6 Environmental is seeking motivated Environmental Field Technicians to support a long-term remediation project in the Beaumont, TX area. You will perform general site labor, assist crews, and operate light-to-medium equipment on outdoor job sites.

Work includes following safety protocols, wearing PPE, and coordinating with site leadership. A background check and drug screening are required; 40-hour HAZWOPER will be provided if needed, with training available.

Qualifications

• 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred, but training can be provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six (6) months of construction or general labor experience preferred
• Work is performed outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Work may involve confined spaces, elevated work areas, and physical labor such as lifting, bending, and carrying
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow all site-specific safety and environmental protocols

• Ability to work in teams and take direction from site leadership
• Capable of working in physically demanding environments in all weather conditions
